You need to pay in Russian rubles if you are in Russia. In the case of shipping outside Russia the payment is in USD. Filling in an order form you have to select payment method.

We reserve the order for two weeks. If you don't pay for it, the order will be canceled.

PLEASE DON´T PAY UNTIL CONFIRMATION CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF AN ITEM.

WE DON'T SHIP MOUNTED INSECTS: you can pick up them by yourself in Moscow or ask your friends there to do it.

Delivery to Russian regions

There are several ways: the shipping to Russian regions by non-state transport company you choose, or by Post of Russia as a first class sending. You should choose a transport company completing the order form (shopping cart). The choice of the independent transport company gives you several advantages:

1. You choose appropriate delivery time and schedule courier service.
2. You do not overpay for shipping, since you'll be billed by the transport company, and we will not combine the bills together.
3. You have the ability to completely control the delivery, tracking its steps on the website of the transport company.
4. If necessary, you can choose conditions such as insurance, delivery by airmail or by train, etc. This information you can specify in comments to the order.

I. The sending by an independent transport company

The transport companies that we advise to use are the following: Courier Service Express www.cse.ru , Freyt Express www.b-pochta.ru .

After receiving the letter confirming your order you will pay in the manner you have chosen already. After receiving the money into our account, the courier of chosen transport company picks up your order from us, then shipping company delivers to you, to your city.

II. The sending by state transport company Post of Russia.

We can ship your order as a first class sending. We strongly encourage you to post such orders only with insurance covering the full cost of the order in case of its loss during shipment. Please let us know about your desire to insure the parcel. To calculate the approximate shipping cost with insurance you can add 3% of its value to the base fare, which we define ourselves. We assume no responsibility for the safety of a parcel from the moment it is sent by mail.

The basic prices without insurance:

1. Moscow region and St. Petersburg: 150 RUB
2. Other regions of Russia: 250 RUB

International shipping

We ship outside Russia by registered air mail. The shipping cost depends of destination and will be included in the bill.
