All Birdwings come with CITES permits which cost an additional $25. This permit cost covers an unlimited quantity of specimens per parcel. This charge is automated for all Birdwing purchases and will be included with the shipping costs on the final invoice total. (This charge does not apply to purchases within Australia.)

-Shipping costs.

A flat rate of $15 USD applies for all international parcels regardless of size or quantity of specimens ordered. Shipping within Australia is $8 USD.

Standard Australia post international shipping is used for the above prices. This option does not provide a tracking number, however parcels to most countries take between 7-10 working days for delivery. Canadian and German customers can sometimes expect delays due to a lengthy customs process in these countries. Faster delivery options using international carriers EMS or TNT are available, however these are expensive but can be arranged if desired. Please mention at time of purchase for a quote.

-Returns.

All purchases are guaranteed, however this does not include antennae which can become dislodged through postal shock. Special care is taken in the packing of parcels to reduce the possibility of this occuring.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please notify before arranging return of the item as it may involve special arrangements prior, particularly with CITES permitted specimens.
